ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 10/19/2026 to 01/16/2027
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts.
- Enter new account information and maintain existing customer account data.
- Record and update account transactions in a timely manner.
- Review, verify, and process financial and account-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Complete reports and support operational and administrative activities.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and processing issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information.
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support account servicing and operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with data entry and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in financial services, banking, investments, brokerage operations, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with investment products including brokerage accounts, IRAs, Roth IRAs, and retirement accounts.
- Experience processing documentation or performing quality reviews in an operations environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong attention to accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $22.00 to $28.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
