Investment Operations Specialist
Join our dynamic team as an Investment Operations Specialist, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service within the Global Fund Custody Group. In this high-impact position, you'll support the tracking and management of bank loan trades, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting that meet the highest standards of excellence. Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of experience in bank loan processing or loan administrative activities within the syndicated loan market
- Thorough knowledge of bank loan operational functions, systems, and procedures
- Moderate credit agreement interpretation and analytical skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of navigating various software platforms
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Wallstreet Office, SEI, Solvas, and CDO Suite
- Previous experience supporting internal and external client relationships
- Familiarity with reconciling account activity and managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in finance or a related discipline
- Experience in bank loan operations, especially within the syndicated loan market
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Willingness to support client relationships with high levels of accuracy
- This role is 100% onsite
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $22.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
