TITLE: Recruiter
LOCATION: Minneapolis- U.S. Bank Plaza, 200 S 6th Street (Floor 13 – Recruiting/HR) Alternative locations: Tempe – US. Bank Grand, 1101 W Washington St. St. Louis – On US Bank Plaza, 55 N 7th Street Charlotte – 214 N Tryon Street
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 07/27/2026 in MM/DD/YYYY to 01/22/2027 in MM/DD/YYYY

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full lifecycle recruiting for investment services roles from strategy through offer acceptance.
  • Source talent using multichannel strategies such as LinkedIn, expert communities, Boolean/Xray searches, referrals, and alumni networks.
  • Develop proactive pipelines for recurring roles and niche profiles.
  • Guide hiring leaders on market availability, compensation signals, interview design, and decision quality.
  • Manage candidate experience with timely communication, interview preparation, and closing strategies.
  • Operate the recruiting process in Workday (or ATS): requisition management, job postings, interview logistics, offer workflows, and onboarding.
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, Talent Intelligence, and business teams across Investment Services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting (or sourcing) in financial services, with preferred experience in investment services talent.
  • Ability to translate job requirements into validated competencies and structured interview guides.
  • Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Workday), CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/search operators, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and project management abilities.
  • Commitment to candidate experience, inclusion, and compliance.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience recruiting fund administrators, accountants, or investment professionals.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting, especially for accounting or finance roles.
  • Comfort with operating in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong organizational and resourcefulness skills.
  • Prior experience in financial services recruiting, especially within investment or fund roles.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $35.43 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
