TITLE: Journey Builder III

LOCATION: Culver, City, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+ month contract

Journey Builder III Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operational workflows that enable multi-channel customer notifications
  • Support customer journey orchestration across services such as TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and One
  • Collaborate with strategy, product, engineering, and business partners to develop, launch, and continuously improve acquisition and engagement customer journeys
  • Turn complex inputs into flawlessly executed customer journeys that drive awareness and engagement

 
Journey Builder III Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Experience with CRM/ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Braze, or Oracle Responsys
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational ability to deliver quality work on time
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity—proactive, thoughtful, resourceful, with strong judgment and the ability to pivot under pressure
  • Calm, effective decision-making when issues arise, including building contingency plans and adapting quickly
  • Strong collaboration and teammate mentality, with consideration for partner impact
  • Effective communication across channels (e.g., Slack/email and presentations)
  • Knowledge of the product/service ecosystem, including familiarity with services and hardware such as Mac OS, iOS, Music, iTunes, App Store, Books, Podcasts, Pay, TV, News, Fitness+, One, etc.

Journey Builder III Preferred Experience:

  • SQL experience (preferred)
  • Experience with building training resources such as internal playbooks and knowledge portals
  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 5–7 years lifecycle marketing experience (building and launching acquisition/engagement initiatives)

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $67/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
