TITLE: Manager Enterprise Workplace Support
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA – hybrid
Direct Hire – Competitive base salary, 25-30% bonus (average payout 150% over 26 years – last 3 years 170-185%), pension, 401K match, PTO, medical/dental/vision/FSA/HSA, etc.!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 2 technology support and manage the problem management process.
  • Develop innovative solutions utilizing tools such as NexThink and Helix to proactively support the business.
  • Support front line analysts at the service desk via swarming and live transfers to insulate tier 3 from ticket escalations.
  • Resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner and ensure knowledge is up to date.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to perform root cause analysis and prevent repeat issues.
  • Develop self-service support options and proactive incident support.
  • Drive the evolution of the Digital Workplace Operations support model through process improvement, automation, AI enablement, workforce upskilling, and innovative practices.
  • Manage internal customer relationships to ensure effective support for business partners’ use of technology.
  • Continuously evaluate demand and reprioritize work based on business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with peer groups and represent the Technology Organization at senior leadership meetings and external forums.
  • Attract, develop, retain, and manage a diverse team of technical contributors.
  • Manage departmental budget and ensure financial accountability for projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of customer’s business functions and how technology supports those operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-user technologies and networking, including current industry products such as NexThink and Remedy/Helix.
  • Focus on quality and the business partner’s technology experience, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, fiscal management, and planning for ongoing technology projects and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of achieving business results through others.
  • Experience leading change and driving cultural improvements in technology use.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and build successful working relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and performance management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under stress with minimal supervision.

The compensation range for this position includes a competitive base salary, 25-30% bonus (average payout 150% over 26 years – last 3 years 170-185%), pension, 401K match, PTO, medical/dental/vision/FSA/HSA, etc.!!! (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
