Join the innovative Apple TV+ Marketing Post-Production Services team as a Media and Data Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery and management of your favorite digital media assets. This dynamic position offers the chance to work at the forefront of entertainment marketing, supporting high-impact campaigns and collaborating with top creative professionals in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience working with digital media in a post-production setting, preferably within entertainment marketing, studio, or creative agency environments
- 3+ years of expertise in managing and searching data within Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), or Production Asset Management (PAM) systems
- Proven ability to create and track work orders, fulfill asset requests, and ensure deliverables are met accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and order management tools (experience with Xytech and AirTable preferred)
- Knowledge of film and television production and post-production workflows
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with digital video and audio file formats and deliverables
- Familiarity with internal asset management tools and content security clearance processes
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams proactively and independently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in media, film, communications, or a related field
- Extensive post-production experience, ideally from entertainment studios, post-production vendors, or creative agencies
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting deadlines in a demanding environment
- Willingness to support special projects and participate in process improvements

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $52.00 to $67.16 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
