TITLE: Automation Engineer
LOCATION: Brookfield, WI (Onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 07/01/2026 to 12/25/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with test automation lead architect to support existing Java/Selenium environment.
  • Help build out new testing environment in Playwright.
  • Design and develop programs that conduct automatic tests on software.
  • Use guidelines to develop automation scripts.
  • Research issues in software through testing.
  • Collaborate with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Gen AI test automation tools, preferably Playwright MCP.
  • Hands-on experience with UI Automation frameworks and script creation/maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Java/Selenium.
  • Experience with API manual and automated testing.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Leadership qualities and soft skills.
  • Hands-on development experience.
  • Ability to interact with leadership during interviews.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $57.67 to $67.84(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
