Overview

 As an NPI Program Manager III, you’ll help bring new technologies to life by owning critical NPI materials planning and readiness across the New Product Introduction lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and supplier/manufacturing partners to ensure materials are budgeted, qualified, and ready to support technology development, new product development, supply qualification, and factory readiness. Required Skills

  • NPI (New Product Introduction) supply chain management experience
  • Project/program management skills with the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead materials budget planning and spend management in partnership with Finance and Engineering
  • Ownership of “clear to build (CTB)” for pre-production build phases
  • Supply planning optimization to support on-time build schedules
  • Ability to drive closure of materials issues to reduce risk and unblock execution
  • Experience managing multiple or alternate source qualifications through build management alongside Engineering
  • Strong focus on process improvement for NPI materials workflows
  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel

Nice to Have Skills

  • Prior OEM management experience
  • Familiarity with tools/systems such as Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages
  • Experience that demonstrates continued improvement mindset and strong operational rigor
  • Additional supply chain exposure that strengthens program execution across partners

Preferred Education and Experience

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (or comparable experience)

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
