Job Title: Operations Coordinator IV
Location: Cupertino, CA
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)

In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring that day-to-day functions run smoothly across multiple facilities, enabling our organization to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your professionalism, proactive mindset, and strong relationship-building skills will be key to supporting both regional and global teams, fostering efficiency and organizational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar high-responsibility role
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic, cross-functional setting
  • Strong experience with equipment or asset tracking, inventory management, and logistics coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving能力
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to evolving demands
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Calendar, Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and collaboration platforms such as Slack
  • Experience supporting facilities operations, space planning, or large-scale office moves is highly desirable

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with inventory/asset management systems such as Oomnitza or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating events, catering, or visitor management
  • Knowledge of advanced space planning and office logistics management

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Extensive hands-on experience supporting multi-site facilities and office logistics in a fast-paced corporate environment

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to safely handle and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Flexibility to support occasional travel or outside vendor visits as needed

The hourly pay rate for this position is $48  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
