Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects within the technology or digital services industry
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse functional teams
- Ability to maintain productivity and drive initiatives forward amid ambiguity
- Demonstrated ownership and leadership in managing timelines, milestones, and interdependencies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with marketing, creative, editorial, or media teams
- Familiarity with campaign forecasting, project tracking tools, and documentation methodologies
- Knowledge of our product ecosystem or similar technology platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in complex, cross-functional environments
- Prior experience managing projects for digital services or consumer technology brands
Other Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate and sometimes travel for meetings or project coordination as needed
- Certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $76.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
