LOCATION: Austin, Texas or New York City, NY

Duration: 12 month contract

 

Responsibilities:
Learning Content Development

• Design and develop learning experiences across multiple formats, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, workshops, digital learning, and blended programs.
• Translate business goals and learner needs into clear learning objectives, curriculum frameworks, and instructional content.
• Conduct research and gather insights to inform content development and learning strategies.
• Create compelling learning materials through instructional storytelling, writing, presentation development, and content creation.

• Partner closely with subject matter experts, facilitators, creative professionals, and operational teams throughout the content development lifecycle.
• Facilitate content reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on learning solutions to improve effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational priorities.

Learning Experience Design

• Design learner-centered experiences that drive engagement, knowledge retention, and skill development.
• Contribute across a variety of learning topics and program areas as business needs evolve.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create impactful learning experiences.

Program Communication and Readiness

• Develop communications and supporting materials that promote learning programs and drive participant engagement.
• Support program launch, implementation, and readiness activities.
• Represent learning initiatives during stakeholder meetings, presentations, and program discussions as needed.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all learning experiences meet established standards for quality, creativity, instructional effectiveness, and business alignment.
• Evaluate content and learner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
• Maintain consistency across learning programs and experiences.

Facilitation Support

• Facilitate selected training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences when appropriate.
• Support facilitators and learning delivery teams to ensure successful program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing learning, training, or educational content.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across multiple formats.
• Experience conducting research, interviews, and information gathering to support content development.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The compensation range for this position is $190,000.00 – 210,000.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
