Title: Program Manager – Data Annotation

Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects with a proven success record
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong ability to consolidate diverse perspectives and contribute strategic recommendations
- Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting data annotation or related data projects
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Additional technical background or knowledge of engineering workflows
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in technology-driven environments or data-intensive projects
Other Requirements:
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to collaborate and build strong working relationships across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with moderate supervision

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $95.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
