Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in program or project management within a large enterprise environment
- Expertise in authoring program charters, creating detailed project plans, and managing dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to adapt programs based on independent judgment amidst dynamic circumstances
- Proficiency in developing and executing change management plans
- Capable of collecting, maintaining, and reporting program data and status updates
Nice to Have Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Communications Management, Planning, Execution, and Governance
- Growing expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with managing diverse stakeholder groups and aligning brand and product values
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in leading cross-organizational programs
- Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement within project teams

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $130.00 to $139.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
