Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in program or project management
- Expertise in authoring program charters, creating detailed project plans, and managing dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt programs based on independent judgment amid changing circumstances
- Proficiency in developing and executing change management plans
- Capable of collecting and maintaining program data, trackers, and status reports
Nice to Have Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Communications Management, Planning, and Execution and Governance
- Growing expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with managing diverse stakeholder groups and integrating brand and product values
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading programs that reach across organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement within program teams
Other Requirements:
- Ability to develop and manage program governance structures
- Willingness to actively participate in program team meetings and collaborative decision-making

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $130.00 to $139.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
