Join our dynamic Manufacturing Design team as a Program Manager I, where you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and tracking part-level production qualification processes. Your expertise will help ensure seamless project execution, foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Required Skills:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Proven project management skills, including setting clear goals, developing communication strategies, and providing regular status reports
- Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven mindset
- Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in Excel, Numbers, and Keynote
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs across diverse geographies
- Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Adept at leading work through others and fostering teamwork
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional experience with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering processes
- Experience in coordinating across international teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3 or more years of program or project management experience within manufacturing, engineering, or related industries
Other Requirements:
- Ability to attend meetings and coordinate activities across different time zones
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $51.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
