In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact marketing programs supporting our e-products, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse teams and international boundaries. Your expertise will help translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, elevate operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of project or program management experience within marketing, product marketing, growth, or operations
- 3-5 years of event planning, experiential marketing, or end-to-end event execution at a high-profile organization
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience managing timelines and trackers
- Adept at operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and initiative
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Wrike, Workfront, or similar platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- Experience within services or subscription-based products
- Familiarity with multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, on-device experiences, or growth initiatives
- Cross-team collaboration experience across marketing, product, analytics, and creative departments
- Deep understanding of the customer journey within a services ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strategic partnerships
- Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Extensive experience managing high-visibility programs in leading consumer brands, media, or tech companies
- Ability to travel as needed for key events and collaborations
- Experience with tools like Airtable, Wrike, or similar project collaboration platforms
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $62.00 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
