TITLE: SAP HCM Solution Architect
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/02/2026 to 10/01/2026
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of HR technology solutions.
- Create architectural designs, blueprints, and data models for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
- Serve as the technical lead for HR transformation programs, supporting future-state business processes.
- Define and oversee integration patterns between HR, Finance, and third-party vendors using SAP BTP and CPI.
- Design security roles and role-based permissions to ensure GDPR/SOX compliance and protect PII data.
- Evaluate custom developments versus “Clean Core” standards in S/4HANA.
- Act as primary liaison between HR Business Partners, IT Infrastructure, and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll and payroll-to-FI integration.
- Proven experience designing secure HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of HR data models, roles, permissions, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in functional-technical IT focused on SAP HCM.
- Exposure managing enterprise applications, including SaaS and cloud platforms.
- Leadership experience overseeing internal teams, 3rd party vendors, and consultants.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and product delivery practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of innovative HCM technologies and service delivery.
- Ability to influence at all levels and manage cross-functional teams.
- Skills in agile and data-driven decision-making approaches.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and OnePlan.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $83.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
