As a Supply Demand Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers seamlessly and efficiently, supporting Apple's commitment to exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage product supply plans aligned with quarterly financial revenue targets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Regional Planning teams to match supply with demand.
- Create and execute weekly allocation plans, ensuring timely product distribution across channels and partners.
- Monitor supply chain metrics, analyze backlog and open order data, and proactively identify risk and opportunities.
- Support new product launches and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to Apple’s sustainability goals, including eco-friendly supply chain practices.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, or related fields.
- Proven ability to oversee and fine-tune supply and demand planning activities.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data reporting and insights-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Ability to navigate and succeed in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Demonstrated project leadership in fast-paced, global organizations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in supply chain risk evaluation and contingency planning.
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Business Process Re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices within supply chain operations.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in a global supply chain environment, ideally with exposure to new product launches and omnichannel logistics.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay ahead in a cutting-edge industry.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
