As a Supply Demand Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers seamlessly and efficiently, supporting Apple's commitment to exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and supply chain expertise in a dynamic, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage product supply plans aligned with quarterly financial revenue targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Regional Planning teams to match supply with demand.
  • Create and execute weekly allocation plans, ensuring timely product distribution across channels and partners.
  • Monitor supply chain metrics, analyze backlog and open order data, and proactively identify risk and opportunities.
  • Support new product launches and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to Apple’s sustainability goals, including eco-friendly supply chain practices.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to oversee and fine-tune supply and demand planning activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data reporting and insights-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Ability to navigate and succeed in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Demonstrated project leadership in fast-paced, global organizations.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain risk evaluation and contingency planning.
  • Knowledge of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with Business Process Re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices within supply chain operations.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a global supply chain environment, ideally with exposure to new product launches and omnichannel logistics.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay ahead in a cutting-edge industry.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
