TITLE: Technology Manager
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 11/09/2026 to 06/15/2027
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the “agentification” of workflows by applying knowledge of systems design to automate manual processes and translate operational bottlenecks into scalable solutions.
- Utilize agentic solutions to monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize feature offerings to drive operational efficiency.
- Drive products from pilot phase to final delivery, contributing to design, conceptualization, early piloting, and wide-scale deployment.
- Use knowledge of web technologies, systems design, and data skills to improve product features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure integration success.
- Translate operational issues into technology solutions to maximize product or business vertical operational efficiency.
- Improve existing operations, support commercialization of new solutions, and deploy new initiatives from conception to deployment with stakeholders.
- Review product requirement documents (PRDs) to validate specifications and ensure customer, partner, and internal needs are met.
- Lead program-level execution activities including resource prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, deploying internal tools or products, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure product readiness, identify gaps, and influence product roadmaps to enhance customer/partner experience.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop products and tools.
- Manage stakeholder requirements, escalations, and feedback; advocate for stakeholder needs during discussions.
- Explore solutions for customer/partner problems, utilizing analytics and metrics to assess impact and feasibility.
- Apply systems design principles to optimize user experience.
- Share insights and potential solutions with internal teams.
- Use success metrics to evaluate product improvements and identify gaps based on feedback or data analysis.
- Communicate product gaps to internal teams and contribute technically to developing and validating new features.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of architecture and systems design.
- Customer / user advocacy skills.
- Product design and development lifecycle understanding.
- Systems design expertise.
- Project management experience.
- Database knowledge.
- Team management capabilities.
- Consultative skills.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $118.58 to $144.79 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
