Technology Product Manager – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Location: Smyrna, GA | 5 Days Onsite
Employment: W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $55–$65/hour

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Technology Product Manager with direct Warehouse Management System (WMS) product management experience to support technology products within a large enterprise retail environment.

This individual will help drive product enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value through close collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience managing WMS products, understands warehouse operational workflows, and can translate business needs and operational data into actionable product priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps, priorities, and incremental product enhancements.

• Partner with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology products.

• Support WMS product functionality and enhancements that improve warehouse efficiency and operational performance.

• Gather business requirements, manage product backlogs, and support Agile product delivery.

• Access, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

• Conduct business reviews and present product performance, recommendations, and priorities to stakeholders.

• Maintain product documentation, reporting models, and applications using Microsoft tools.

• Collaborate across technical and operational teams to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.

• Approximately 2–4+ years of relevant product management experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, and product enhancements.

• Understanding of warehouse systems and operational workflows.

• Experience working with Jira; Jira Align experience preferred.

• Strong data analysis, reporting, and business review capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and business teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

• Ability to work onsite in Smyrna, GA, five days per week.

Preferred Experience

• WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or proprietary warehouse systems.

• Products supporting receiving, putaway, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, or fulfillment.

• Enterprise retail, distribution, or supply-chain technology environments.

Important: This position requires direct WMS product management experience. General logistics, transportation management (TMS), or supply-chain experience without WMS product ownership will not meet the core requirement.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $65.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
