UX Generalist
TITLE: UX Generalist
LOCATION: Remote, but must be local to Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, or Phoenix areas
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+month contract
Responsibilities:
Work within the consumer-facing .com space, contributing to design/content across landing, storefront, and content pages. Majority of design work done in Figma adhering to the standard design system.
Business knowledge: Understand how content, search, accessibility, analytics, and product experience work together to help customers discover information, build trust, and complete key tasks such as obtaining a quote, learning about products, or managing their insurance needs.
Day-to-day: Works on the public-facing marketing side of websites — landing pages, storefronts, content pages. More consumer-web than enterprise-tool, and SEO/accessibility matter as much as visual design.
Requirements:
SEO experience and understanding; content strategy; design systems and component-based design; data-driven experience optimization; accessibility/digital standards.
Visual Design, HCI, or related degree
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
