TITLE: Associate Workstation
LOCATION: Corona, CA (on-site 5 days a week)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Support a Microsoft-based network running Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Provide basic desktop and networking support including troubleshooting BSOD, IPConfig commands, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Perform PC, laptop, and tablet hardware setup and maintenance; Mac experience is a plus.
- Receive computing assets, move equipment, stage equipment for build/image, and execute deployment plans.
- Update asset management system to reflect work performed and report daily activity.
- Troubleshoot network usage and peripherals, perform data transfer and recovery, and resolve basic network issues.
- Administer email systems and prepare assets for disposition.
- Manage incoming and outgoing assets, prepare computers for deployment, and assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
- Use KP tools to execute PC activity and assist other technicians as needed.
- Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to process changes.
- Work onsite and operate lifting and equipment transfer tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Entry level experience with PC support, installation, and deployment.
- Entry level experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Well-versed in installing Windows, software, and applications.
- Minimum entry level experience with direct client interaction.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality results.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Able to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to work onsite.
Preferred Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Knowledge of profile management and data transfer.
- Experience working in a healthcare or IT support environment is a plus.
