UX Designer II

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/30/2026 to 09/20/2026
Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts such as mock-ups, prototypes, or models for product ideation and user research/testing.
- Drive contributions to a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
- Assist in design and testing processes, supporting a design vision with partners.
- Help create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
- Adapt to evolving design constraints and communicate rationale for design choices.
- Apply or adapt UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems.
- Use standard designing tools to visualize ideas and develop mock-ups or prototypes.
- Tailor deliverables to product or platform requirements, following templates, style guides, and accessibility standards.
- Iteratively improve designs based on UX testing and stakeholder input, providing feedback to engage stakeholders.
- Communicate design approach to other designers or partners and identify challenges and questions.
- Propose new data and metrics to evaluate product impact.
- Collaborate with team members to understand user trends and industry competitors to inform design solutions.
- Plan and prioritize design work across projects, communicating priorities to team members.
- Collaborate with engineers to communicate and influence design implementation.
- Manage design specifications for development and implementation.
- Develop design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends to further objectives.
- Identify and anticipate user needs through collaboration and problem assessment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in product design, craftsmanship, systems thinking, data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
- Knowledge of user behavior, aesthetic sensibility, and the product development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with interactive technology, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with UX research methodology.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.64 to $106.33 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
