Responsibilities:
- Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards and service level agreements.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language and usage details; identify root causes of recurring errors or non compliant invoicing behaviors.
- Document findings, trends and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field preferred.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in a clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite.
- Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
