Operations Manager – XFN Programs

Responsibilities:
- Drive execution and stakeholder alignment for Marketing Operations initiatives that improve efficiency and impact for the extended workforce (xWF).
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and follow-through.
- Support optimization of key Marketing systems, including the xWF Dashboard, and manage recurring content updates for resources such as the Agency Hub.
- Coordinate executive forums and facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
- Translate broader Marketing strategy into tactical plans and operational execution.
- Design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes across vendor and internal teams.
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, process maps, help resources, and training materials.
- Track and analyze operational performance trends, identify gaps, and implement workflow improvements and efficiency frameworks.
- Develop and communicate metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams and service providers to improve processes, resolve escalations, and streamline workflows.
- Lead stakeholder meetings to identify business objectives, gather requirements, and support scalable operational solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project coordination, or a related function.
- Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience driving process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, measure impact, and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing escalations, supporting workflow efficiency, and improving operational processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting Marketing Operations initiatives.
- Familiarity with extended workforce programs and related operational processes.
- Experience with dashboard optimization, content/resource management, and executive meeting coordination.
- Background working with vendor teams, shared services, or cross-functional enterprise programs.
- Experience supporting operational improvements at scale within complex organizations.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $131.73 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
