Program Manager, Retail Business Planning

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management or management consulting, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven solutions and influence senior leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management and alignment capabilities across diverse teams and executive levels
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and senior-ready reports and presentations
  • Demonstrated ownership and prioritization skills, connecting multiple workstreams to drive strategic outcomes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with Small & Medium Business (SMB) sectors within retail environments
  • Familiarity with field sales organizations and direct-to-customer sales models
  • Background working with top tech companies or within high-growth retail settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing complex programs with a focus on retail operations, SMB initiatives, or related fields is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely from the Bay Area, with occasional travel as needed
  • Comfort with managing program budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $89.00 to $104.48 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
