As an Administrative Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's success by handling essential administrative functions, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Required Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination
- Experience with expense reporting and facilities coordination
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of office management or administrative software
- Previous experience supporting executive teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to align with a 9-5 schedule in the CT time zone remotely
- Comfortable with handling sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and responsibilities
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $34.37 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
