TITLE: UX Writer & Content Designer
LOCATION: New York, NY
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/11/2026 to 07/03/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality design for end-to-end user experiences.
  • Influence or evolve product vision through a cohesive narrative.
  • Address user challenges using established writing and information design patterns.
  • Analyze or anticipate the needs of a diverse global audience.
  • Improve writing and information design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
  • Develop innovative UX solutions for user, product, and business problems.
  • Ensure consistency through patterns and frameworks.
  • Design products and develop UX solutions resulting in a coherent user experience.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-team peers across the company.
  • Plan and prioritize design work in alignment with project goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Product Excellence, including localization and accessibility.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate product impact.
  • Adapt to evolving design constraints and communicate rationale.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
  • Knowledge of product design.
  • Strong craftsmanship and design sensibility.
  • Understanding of information architecture.
  • Experience with content design and the product development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with industry & interactive technology.
  • Knowledge of user behavior, UX writing, storytelling, systems thinking, and UX research methodology.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in product design and UX writing.
  • Ability to create concepts for product ideation and user research.
  • Skills in developing and visualizing UX ideas using standard tools.
  • Ability to adapt and refine UX solutions based on research insights.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $54.59 to $70.66 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
