Validation Engineer
Join our innovative team as a Validation Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge touchscreen technology. In this dynamic position, you'll design and execute data gathering and performance tests on third-party hardware, contributing to the development of world-class products in a fast-paced environment. Your creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will be essential in validating electrical systems and driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with test execution, characterization, and board-level validation
- Knowledge of noise mitigation techniques, including shielding and grounding in small-signal measurements
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and spectrum analyzers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with macOS, Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and Microsoft Office suite
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and root-cause failures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Apple’s hardware products or familiarity with the Apple ecosystem
- Python scripting experience for automation and data analysis
- Physical ability to move equipment up to 25 lbs as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical or hardware validation
- Prior hands-on validation or testing experience in a related environment
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to evolving project needs
- Ability to travel as required for team collaboration or testing purposes

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $67.00 to $82.09 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
