In this dynamic role, you will ensure the integrity of our centralized data registry, enforce data classification standards, and lead the execution of compliance controls across multiple audit frameworks. Required Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in compliance engineering, data governance, or privacy engineering
- Hands-on experience with data classification frameworks and metadata management within enterprise environments
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, PCI PIN, SOX
- Proficiency with compliance and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, GitHub)
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and routine cloud operations
- Strong documentation skills using platforms like Confluence or Quip
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple work streams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and patch lifecycle processes
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, PCI QSA, CIPM/CIPP, or AWS certifications
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data ecosystems
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of professional experience in compliance or privacy-related disciplines
- Proven track record in enterprise environments with complex data systems
Other Requirements:
- Ability to support AWS cloud operations
- Willingness to collaborate closely with data owners, engineers, and privacy stakeholders
- Onsite work environment (100%)

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $95.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
