Business Analyst/QA Engineer
TITLE: Business Analyst/QA Engineer
LOCATION: 100% remote – prefers Atlanta/ET
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/08/2026 to 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and UAT and regression tests to ensure product quality before release.
- Respond to System Operator, Credential Maintenance, and SOCCED inquiries.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform data validation.
- Participate in software vendor calls.
- Develop internal documentation and training material.
- Develop external documentation and training material.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent multitasking abilities, including managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong written and verbal communication to update stakeholders and coordinate teams.
- Experience with Microsoft productivity tools e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document sharing platforms.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 5+ years of experience in creating test plans, UAT, and regression testing, and administrative roles.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $58.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
