Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for streamlining retail operations? We’re looking for a proactive Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you'll serve as the essential link between procurement, vendors, and project execution, ensuring our retail supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by coordinating sourcing strategies, managing order fulfillment, and supporting our team to meet key deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Experience in supply chain or vendor management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or technical documentation (a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with project management software is advantageous
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with retail sourcing or procurement processes
- Prior experience supporting retail or construction projects
- Knowledge of inventory management or order fulfillment systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management roles
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days remote, in-office in Cupertino every Tuesday and Thursday
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong administrative skills, including note-taking and vendor tracking

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $55.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
