Marketing Specialist
Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement content to support business line goals
- Produce branded and compliant sales collateral in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate, develop, and execute content that supports sales efforts
- Ensure all content adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies
- Collaborate with leadership teams to provide solutions and problem-solve for business line objectives
Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience with sales content development
- Prior sales content development experience
- Experience in financial services, preferably payments or investment services
- Writing experience, preferably with sales collateral
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Experience:
- Ability to lead projects and provide data-driven, customer-centric marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complete them on time and within budget
- Ability to collaborate with research teams and adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficient in various software packages
- MBA or equivalent high achievement markers are a plus
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $41/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
