Job Description:
- Identify, license, and curate high-quality imagery and video content for diverse features and projects.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and editorial teams, synthesizing input into stunning visual solutions.
- Research and source images from various platforms, including syndication agencies, museums, galleries, and stock houses.
- Ensure all content complies with legal rights, licensing, and copyright regulations.
- Bring innovative ideas to enrich user experiences through visual storytelling.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in editorial storytelling through images.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant photo editing or multimedia experience in publishing, entertainment, or creative agency environments.
- Extensive knowledge of photographers across genres such as portraiture, documentary, conceptual, and fine art.
- Familiarity with sourcing images from diverse providers and understanding licensing, rights, and legal clearance processes.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional photo research talent.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with video content integration.
- Knowledge of emerging visual trends and technologies.
- Additional language skills for international sourcing.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Photography, Art History, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-profile media or creative projects.
Other Requirements:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating top-tier photo research skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment.
- Flexibility to work on projects that may require occasional travel or extended hours.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $68 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
