Title: Airtable Consultant
Location: Culver City. CA 90232
Duration: 6 Months

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for streamlining processes and implementing cutting-edge tools? We’re seeking a talented Program Manager II to lead the development and deployment of innovative Airtable solutions across our organization, supporting our vibrant Live & Studio Production teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Airtable workflows, ensuring seamless integration across teams
  • Collaborate closely with production operations to develop documentation, training materials, and platform updates
  • Facilitate training sessions, provide ongoing support, and gather user feedback to optimize tool effectiveness
  • Monitor tool quality, troubleshoot issues, and validate functionalities for both testing and live environments
  • Assist in deploying process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in tools, platforms, or application implementation roles
  • 1-2 years of hands-on Airtable experience, with a strong grasp of features like Linked Relationships, Interfaces, and Automations
  • Proven ability to implement new processes at an organizational level and track project milestones
  • Excellent listening, note-taking, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to analyze data, recommend improvements, and adapt to evolving priorities
  • A proactive self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Experience handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in venues or event facilities
  • Familiarity with collaboration and workflow management tools
  • Ability to quickly understand complex organizational needs and adapt features accordingly

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant practical experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to support project needs in a hybrid work environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing business requirements

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
