Title: Retail Visual Merchandiser
Location: Cupertino & Culver City, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible extension)

At the heart of the customer experience, Visual Merchandising turns products, services, and accessories into inspiring, easy-to-explore moments that help customers discover, learn, and buy. In this role, you’ll shape how merchandising shows up in-store—creating and maintaining store layouts and detailed planograms, supporting product launches and resets, and ensuring every execution meets a consistently high standard. You’ll collaborate across worldwide, geo, and store teams to align to global strategy while thoughtfully localizing for regional nuances, using observation, space and performance analysis, and field feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to execute visual merchandising that drives commercial results in a retail environment.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • MBA is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Ability to forecast and communicate accurate demo product and visual element counts to support merchandising changes.
  • Comfort developing and reviewing store communications such as setup guides, merchandising standards, strategy guides, and reset labor-hour guidance.
  • Ability to coordinate and support product launches and merchandising resets while keeping workstreams on deadline in a global organization.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
