Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, including fund audits at a fund, administrator, or public accounting firm
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with daily accounting activities and financial statement reviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Advent applications and Confluence financial reporting platform
- In-depth understanding of portfolio accounting and investment management
- CPA certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in the alternative investments sector, including fund operations or audits
Other Requirements:
- Ability to perform daily accounting tasks in accordance with accepted procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving acumen
- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and business strategies
- Willingness to contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $62.00 to $67.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
