Material Planner
Looking for an energetic and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic supply chain team as a Material Planner. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless flow of materials needed to support production schedules, optimize supply chain efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Your expertise will help us meet business objectives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute precise material requirement plans to guarantee availability of supplies and work-in-process inventory aligned with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate planning data within SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response, updating information as needed to reflect product and material changes.
- Manage material changes proactively to support business strategies and reduce obsolescence.
- Coordinate production schedules with packaging, graphics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors to prioritize schedules and prevent supply constraints, ensuring their resources align with business needs.
- Participate in and support various logistics projects to improve supply chain processes and efficiencies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; strong experience may substitute for education.
- Demonstrated thoroughness, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze resources and make effective decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate team solutions.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
Other Requirements:
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $24. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
