Supply Chain Operations Specialist
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations for a global leader in consumer electronics? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support our service supply chain. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to coordinate complex projects, manage valuable commodities, and influence supply chain excellence across critical workstreams.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of post-ramp qualification projects, ensuring seamless component transitions and driving supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Your expertise will help maintain uninterrupted supply for display and touch module components, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years in supply chain, commodity management, or procurement, ideally within consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices, and capacity planning
- Strong project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel and supply chain tools such as SAP, ERP, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with service supply chain, or after-sales operations
- Knowledge of display, touch module, or related electromechanical commodities
- Skills in BOM management, cost modeling, or should-cost analysis
- Familiarity with PRQ/qualification workflows and engineering change processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain or commodity management
Other Requirements:
- Ability to operate remotely with a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in-office)
- Willingness to support last-time-buy assessments and end-of-life transition planning

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $47.00 to $52.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
