Supply Chain Planner III

Are you ready to influence the backbone of a global leader’s supply chain operations? We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Planner III to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced demand forecasts and supply plans that ensure product availability while minimizing costs, supporting the seamless delivery of innovative solutions to millions worldwide. Your expertise will help optimize inventory levels, improve system processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration to meet high-performance targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with solid business acumen to make quick, effective operational decisions.
  • Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain management concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to influence peers and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze system parameters, resolve product backlogs, and maintain master data accuracy.
  • Experience in interpreting forecast data and adjusting supply strategies accordingly.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience outside the traditional supply chain industry, including retail planning or retail merchandising planning.
  • Background in electronic product service supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of system enhancement initiatives and previous involvement with IT-focused process improvements.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or Logistics.
  • APICS certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in forecasting, planning, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering are a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to participate in international conference calls with teams across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
  • Ability to analyze and update ERP master data and initiate engineering change requests.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and system optimization projects.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $55.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
