Private Wealth Management Analyst
Join our dynamic team as a Private Wealth Management Analyst, where you will play a vital role in cultivating and managing high-net-worth client relationships within a prestigious private banking environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise in private banking while honing your client-facing skills to advance toward an Associate Advisor role. What You’ll Do:
- Solicit, develop, manage, and retain high-net-worth client relationships
- Support Private Bankers by providing in-depth financial statement analysis using advanced planning tools
- Develop prospecting strategies, manage pipeline, and identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to client retention and growth through tailored financial strategies
- Engage in on-the-job training focused on the technical and interpersonal skills vital for a future advisory role
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Up to three years of related experience in financial services or a comparable field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis and planning software
- Experience building client relationships and prospecting new business
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 to $21.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
