TITLE: Journey Builder III
LOCATION: New York City, NY
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 09/29/2026 to 09/28/2027
Responsibilities:

  • Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys.
  • Assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
  • Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
  • Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement.
  • Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
  • Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, and processes, and product tooling.
  • Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
    Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys.
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner.
  • Innovative, proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
  • Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls, and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment.
  • Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners.
  • Effective communication skills in all mediums—from slack and email to presentations.
  • A passion for products and services with familiarity in the ecosystem of services and hardware (Mac OS, iOS, Music, iTunes, App Store, Books, Podcasts, Pay, TV, News, Fitness+, One, etc. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $67.39 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
