Compliance Analyst II
We’re seeking a Compliance Analyst II to join a Business Conduct & Compliance team supporting global regulatory compliance initiatives, with a primary focus on third-party due diligence. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Review third-party due diligence screening reports and identify potential issues based on risk criteria and applicable regulations.
- Support anti-corruption compliance program initiatives and related process improvements.
- Conduct research on regulatory and compliance matters; document findings clearly and consistently.
- Work independently on multiple initiatives and/or standalone projects, while partnering with multiple teams globally.
- Use data and reporting tools to support compliance insights and decision-making (Excel/Tableau).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as project needs evolve.
- Above-average skills in Excel (required); Tableau skills strongly preferred.
Preferred / Plus
- Experience conducting due diligence research.
- Familiarity with compliance systems and compliance documentation practices.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $44.00 to $48.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
