Senior Product Designer — Digital Platforms & eCommerce

Location: Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 4 days onsite per week
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Duration: Approximately 6 months initially, with potential for extension or conversion perm

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with strong visual design skills and experience creating intuitive, polished digital product experiences.

This role will support the evolution of customer-facing digital experiences and complex enterprise platforms, with potential focus areas including eCommerce, customer portals, and integrated digital workflows.

You'll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and fellow designers to translate business requirements and user needs into thoughtful, scalable product experiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can move confidently from understanding user problems to creating high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready designs in Figma.

We're particularly interested in designers who bring strong visual craftsmanship, can simplify complex workflows, and thrive in collaborative, fast-moving product environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences across web-based products and enterprise platforms.

• Translate business requirements, user needs, and complex workflows into effective UX/UI solutions.

• Own design execution across assigned product features, from early concepts through high-fidelity designs and development handoff.

• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define and refine product experiences.

• Leverage and contribute to an established design system to maintain consistency across products and platforms.

• Design scalable solutions that support multiple user types, workflows, and business requirements.

• Simplify complex information architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns.

• Participate in design reviews, present design decisions, and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.

• Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a high-quality end-user experience.

• Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and visual consistency across existing applications.

• Incorporate user research, usability findings, and product feedback into iterative design improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or UI/UX Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and end-to-end digital product design experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, Auto Layout, and reusable components.

• Experience designing complex web applications, enterprise software, eCommerce experiences, or digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.

• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.

• Experience working with established design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering.

• Ability to communicate design decisions, present solutions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

• Strong attention to visual detail, interaction quality, and overall product consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing B2B or B2C eCommerce experiences.

• Experience with customer portals, account management platforms, or complex enterprise workflows.

• Familiarity with dashboard design, data visualization, and information-dense applications.

• Experience designing products that serve multiple user groups or business functions.

• Experience modernizing legacy applications or consolidating workflows into unified digital platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging design tools.

• Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple product teams and stakeholders.

We want to see designers who can demonstrate both strong UX thinking and exceptional UI execution.

Relevant examples include:

• Visual design excellence: Polished, modern interfaces with strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, and attention to detail.

• Complex workflows: Examples of simplifying challenging user journeys or business processes.

• End-to-end ownership: Work demonstrating how the designer moved from problem definition through design execution and implementation.

• Enterprise or eCommerce products: Customer portals, web applications, digital commerce, or multi-user platforms.

• Figma craftsmanship: High-fidelity designs, reusable components, prototypes, and thoughtful use of design systems.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Clear examples of working with Product and Engineering to deliver solutions.
