Client FAQs

Let’s clear some things up.

The workforce solutions industry can be confusing. To help break it down, here are our answers to the most common questions about what we do and how we do it.

I’ve never worked with a workforce solutions partner before… how does it work?

Not all firms work the same way. At Synergis, we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates. So, when you work with us, the very first step is to connect you with an account executive who specializes in the field in which you work. We partner with you from the very first conversation through onboarding your ideal candidate, so you always have the support you need. Here is the basic process we follow:

Step 1: Our Account Executive will connect with you to learn about your team, culture, open position, budget and ideal interview process upfront to ensure a smooth hiring process. They’ll discuss next steps, agreements, and what we need to do to work as an extension of your team.

Step 2: After learning exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll send you qualified candidates we’ve already pre-screened for you to review and provide feedback. Then, we’ll work with you to schedule interviews with our candidates.

Step 3: Once you’ve selected the candidate you want to hire, we’ll work with your HR team to get your new resource onboarded through Synergis as quickly as possible.
