Salesforce Service Cloud Developer – ALM Project

Synergis healthcare client has engaged us in the search of a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of an ALM project by leveraging expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud development and Lightning migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
- Implement flows, customizations, configurations, email templates, and Lightning pages, layouts, and apps in Service Cloud.
- Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes to meet business requirements.
- Build secure system integrations adhering to industry best practices.
- Execute Salesforce Lightning migrations, ensuring high-quality and efficient work.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce User Security protocols and options.
- Act as an individual contributor within the project team.
Project Description:
- Work on an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) project to migrate Employee Relations / Labor Relations users to the Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Provide incremental skilled resources to ensure timely completion and high-quality results, reducing overload on current staff while enhancing efficiency.
- Leverage expertise in Salesforce Lightning migrations to reduce overall implementation costs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging the latest features to support clicks-before-code solutions.
- Experience with Lightning Knowledge and API.
- Recent experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Validation rules.
- Expertise in configuring Permissions and Sharing settings.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Data security model.
- Experience migrating Visualforce pages to Lightning Web Components.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Apex Trigger coding.
- Experience configuring Lightning pages using dynamic forms and quick actions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing outbound and inbound APIs using Apex or Flows.
- Proficiency in setting up mutual auth and 2-way SSL based integrations.
- Ability to groom user stories with technical inputs.
- Conduct code reviews and merges.
- Understanding of Git branching strategy and Jenkins pipeline for deployments.

The hourly pay range for this position is $80-$90 an hour. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K and commuter benefits.
