About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join their dynamic creative team. In this role, you'll develop compelling design solutions across a variety of marketing channels and integrated campaigns. You'll collaborate with internal partners to translate strategic ideas into engaging visual experiences.

This is a great opportunity for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and adaptability across mediums. Excellent communication and presentation skills are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and assets for logos, brand guidelines, digital ads, social media, OOH, CTV, events, print collateral, and more.

• Apply AI-powered tools to scale design variations, accelerate workflows, and solve creative challenges.

• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables by following established guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications.

• Present and explain design concepts, incorporating feedback with clarity and professionalism.

• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices, always looking for ways to innovate.

• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning within the creative team.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion design experience is a plus.

• Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in branding principles and the ability to execute designs that align with brand standards.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for developing unique concepts.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Adaptable design style with the ability to collaborate across creative and non-creative teams.

• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.

  The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $30.00 to $45.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
