Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: USA Remote (Must work EST hours)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Compensation: Up to $60/hour
Duration: Contract through end of January 2026 with potential for extensions or conversion perm 

Overview:
We’re partnering with our client’s eCommerce team to hire a Senior UX Designer focused on improving the My Account experience across their online platforms. This role will play a key part in evolving the customer journey post-purchase—enhancing areas such as order tracking, account settings, subscriptions, preferences, and more.

We’re looking for a design leader who brings experience across B2C and B2B digital products, a keen visual sensibility, and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, scalable design solutions across complex touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX strategy and execution for My Account features within the client’s digital ecosystem

• Design intuitive, elegant experiences that support both consumer and business users

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Contribute to and evolve the client’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists

• Translate data, business needs, and customer feedback into well-crafted design decisions

• Present work and articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders

• Share case studies that showcase your design thinking, problem-solving, and impact

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with proven work across both B2C and B2B platforms

• A robust portfolio with in-depth case studies covering complex design challenges

• Experience working within and contributing to design systems (Figma preferred)

• Strong visual design skills and systems thinking

• Comfortable working across responsive web, mobile, and app environments

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment

• Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours

Nice to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or account management interfaces

• Familiarity with personalization, loyalty programs, or post-purchase experiences
