Marketing Manager – Deepening Campaigns (W2 Contract)
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Horsham, PA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week)
Contract Type: W2
Pay Rate: $40–$46.43/hour


Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their PCS Digital Marketing team on a W2 contract basis. This role will focus on managing credit card deepening campaigns across consumer and business banking segments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial services marketing, project management, and digital campaign execution to drive successful outcomes.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence 3 days per week in either Minneapolis, MN or Horsham, PA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of deepening campaigns aimed at increasing credit card acquisitions among customers. Oversee creative development, compliance routing, and coordination with analytics and email teams for deployment.

  • Targeting Strategy: Refine and implement customer targeting logic based on engagement metrics and evolving business priorities.

  • Workflow Oversight: Manage Aprimo tasks, approvals, and prioritization to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Analytics, Deposits, and Business Banking teams to align messaging, offers, and timing across channels.

  • Process Documentation: Maintain and update process documents, guides, and campaign histories to support team knowledge continuity.


Qualifications

  • Required:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

  • 3+ years of financial services marketing experience.

  • 5+ years of project management experience.

  • 5+ years of digital campaign management experience.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies.

  • Experience with Aprimo or similar marketing workflow tools.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • Preferred:

  • Experience with deepening or cross-sell strategies in a financial services organization.

  • Proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics and translating insights into strategy.

  • MBA is a plus.


    The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $40.00 to $46.43/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
