Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week)

Contract Type: W2 Contract

Pay Rate: Up to $55/hour

Duration: Through 2025 (potential for extension based on funding and performance)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support their Returns space by driving platform enhancements, system upgrades, and user-focused improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-funded initiative, working with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and deliver impactful solutions for associates across the organization.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical initiatives with rapid, iterative improvements based on user feedback. Strong communication skills and enterprise experience are essential to succeed in this highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of platform updates, security enhancements, and feature migrations (e.g., React updates).
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize associate feedback to implement quick-win improvements.
• Support the transition from legacy POS returns systems to a proprietary, self-contained returns platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and business goals.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes with speed and attention to detail.
• Navigate a large enterprise environment and build strong relationships across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale organizations.
• Familiarity with backend systems and comfort engaging in technical discussions with engineers (deep technical expertise not required).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with platform modernization or system migrations.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or associate-facing technology.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45/hr to $55/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
