Content Producer – People Experience Tools
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (onsite 2–3 days per week)
Pay Rate: Up to $69.95/hour (W2 Contract)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Content Producer to join their People Experience team on a contract basis. This role focuses on managing and improving content across two key internal platforms: ServiceNow and Workday. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with a passion for content integrity and user experience, capable of balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), editors, and global stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and user-friendly content. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting the dots across platforms and content systems.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with project teams, SMEs, and platform owners to ensure content aligns with user needs and style guidelines.

Develop, write, rewrite, and edit content for ServiceNow and Workday, applying established style and tone guidelines.

Manage the intake, prioritization, and workflow of content change requests using task management and ticketing systems (e.g., Radar).

Coordinate with Privacy, Legal, and other teams to manage content reviews and approvals.

Lead QA sessions and participate in team meetings as needed.

Implement and maintain effective processes for content development and quality assurance.

Track, prioritize, and escalate content requests as necessary.
Key Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms.

Experience using task management and ticketing systems.

Strong writing and editing skills; ability to create clear, user-friendly copy (UX writing experience a plus).

Proven ability to implement and enforce style guidelines.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a flexible, adaptable approach.

Experience with ServiceNow or Workday platforms is a plus.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
The hourly pay for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $69.95. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
